TARA BENSON

Properties

Tara Benson joined the Haddonfield Memorial High School Theater Department as the Properties Designer in January 2020. She had previously worked on shows at Rosa International Middle School in Cherry Hill on a volunteer basis. She holds a degree in English Literature from Drexel University. Ms. Benson has three children in their 20’s, the youngest of whom graduated from HMHS in 2022. In her spare time she likes to paint, needlepoint, and read books while hanging out with her two cats. She is grateful for the opportunity to work with such creative and hard-working staff and students backstage.

SARA DEROSSI 

Choreography

Mrs. De Rossi is so excited to be choreographing her 8th musical with the HMHS Drama club! 2023 Outstanding Choreography nominee from the Paper Mill Playhouse’s Rising Star Awards, Head Over Heels. Director of Thespian Troupe 4789 and HMHS Dance Dept. Love to the students for their determination and dedication!

BARI SECONDINO

Director

Bari Secondino teaches College Prep 11 English, Public Speaking, and the Theatre Arts courses at Haddonfield Memorial High School. A Long Island native, Bari is a double graduate of Temple University, where she studied Theatre Education, Acting, and Directing, and later earned a master’s degree in Secondary English Education. Clue: High School Edition marks Bari’s first production at HMHS, and she is ecstatic to begin this new chapter with such a talented and dedicated community. Bari looks forward to many more productions and the exciting future of HMHS Theatre.

TYLER MILLS

Music Director

Connecticut yankee turned Jersey resident, Tyler Mills now lives in Cherry Hill with his wife Amanda and three sons: Everett, Carson, & Wesley. He directs choirs at HMHS, balancing roles as track coach and Peer Leader advisor. With 11 productions under his belt as music director and sound-crew supervisor, Tyler wants to thank the dedication and pursuit of excellence from the cast and crew this season!

DAWN SCHEIDT

Hair and Makeup Designer

Dawn attended a performing arts high school in Florida where she grew up. Her love of theater and being involved in our community led to her role as hair and makeup designer for HMHS. Dawn has held this position since 2017 and is most proud of her unique headpieces. She has been known to assist with making costumes, acquiring unique props, building sets and directing. Mrs Scheidt is also a local small business owner and mother of two, Quinn (Grade 11) and Hayden (grade 10).
